    Hi all

    i am trying to set up Youmail with Sprint. i used to use it with Verizon. i've been trying to log in to the website for the past two days and i keep getting an error message. Also, i have the app installed on my phone and have everything set up. However, when i dial the number it gives me to start forwarding the messages to Youmail, it tells me "the feature code you've entered is not valid, message 1 switch 205." What is going on here? Any help.

    i figured out the issue. my youmail account was still registered with verizon. the website finally let me in and i changed my carrier to sprint and got the correct forward number for sprint customers. all set now.
