I have been searching around for days and can't seem to find an answer...
I recently got 2 Storms. Visual VM was installed on both the same day and the same way. One worked fine, the other does not.
For the broken Visual VM - I get an error message saying the message can't be retrieved. So I spent quite a bit of time with Verizon and they can't resolve it. I uninstalled and reinstalled it multiple times with many battery pulls in between.
Sorry if this has been addressed before but any assistance would be appreciated.
