Can anyone point me in the right direction. I've been trying to resolve this login issue for a friend. She's has not been able to login to YM for the past two weeks. She has not made any changes on her Curve 9300. She is able to login to yahoo from other devices. Password is the same. Other YM logins do not work as well. Here are the things we have done so far:
1. Uninstalled and reinstalled YM.
2. Used other YM login no go.
3. Had the service books several times.
4. Security wipe (User installed app not backed up)
5. Checked with carrier for provisioning and its still provisioned for YM. Its also not a network issue as we are able to login to YM other BBs
6. Nuked the device and re-installed the latest OS. I did a basic install to avoid app conflict. Other IMs work fine.
