    BB Bold 9700, v5.0.0.421, o2 UK

    Over the past week I've had notification from App World that I have fout updates waiting for applications that I've downloaded through App World.

    The applications are:

    DriveSafely
    Wheres My Phone Pro
    BeJoose
    Bubble Breaker

    Each time I try and update though My World I get the following error:

    [insert above app name here] is not available for download from app world

    Any idea what could be wrong?

    Not sure but would that make a difference?

    It's an upgrade on a work contract using the sim provided.

    It was also working fine up to a week ago.

    i got that message as well recently when i tried installing facebook on my work issued 9700 from app world. instead i just installed it from the blackberry home page on the browser, it worked fine. i think it might be the new release for app world that is causing the issues. on my personal bb 9000 i still have 1.1.0.24 and on my work bb 9700 i upgraded to 1.1.0.33 this seems to be the one causing issues. i remember reading somewhere, may have been here, that other users were having issues with .33 as well, which is why i was hesitant to upgrade on my personal berry.

    Now you mention it, it does coincide with me updating App World.

    Hmmm, wish I hadn't now

    How do I register this problem with them?

    if you go to app world, then go to top free, then select app world, at the very bottom should be a button for "contact support"
