The first time the messenger download appeared, I couldn't navigate away from the page. (Every time I tried, it came back.) Consequently, I downloaded it. It continued to appear and I couldn't navigate away from it again. I uninstalled the first download and reinstalled a new one. Guess what? It's back again. Does anyone know what I can do to get rid of the darn thing permanently?
