If she has a BB data plan, try going to mobile.blackberry.com. I think they have it for download.

You can use your computer, but you have to use Internet Explorer browser instead of Firefox and etc. It want to install an activex

I did it by using internet explorer and the same link you gave. Much easier and faster than using the mobile website.
