This is the first time ever i used wifihero.. and i downloaded it fine and set it up, but it then says "please type ftp:// ect, i've done that on my bb and on my computer, the bb says it's not supported, on my computer it doesn't load. Am i doing something wrong or am i missing the point of something>?

Installation went fine, set it to Location based. Just can't figure out how it learns cell tower locations, currently still says 0 towers learned even though i'm connected to wifi.

Installation went great. No issues. I love the ftp. I was able to view all my files and upload a file to my bb from pc. However I couldn't create or move a folder. I'm not sure if there's restrictions or not. But files transfers ok. I am connected to my wireless network and 4 cells learned. What are these cells? Are we suppose to be able to view them?

Try making a phone call while connected to wifi. After I did that it said 1 cell learned. The option to turn on when the screen turns on is pretty nifty... The only problem is that it takes about a minute or so to reach full connectivity (uma) so I prefer the location based setting. But so far no problems yet. Great work on the app twinkler

Installation perfectly, operation perfectly, location based working perfectly... Only prob was that I could�nt use the FTP from Google Chrome, had to use Internet Explorer, but I imagine it�s a browser issue and has nothing to do with the app

You need to type "ftp://xxxxxxx" in your internet explorer or you windows explorer address bar.

this version has no limitions, please tell me what program you're using on your PC, I'll test it.

the cells are cell tower info, if you select "location based" mode, and connected to a hotspot, wifihero will automatically collect the cell data, you can delete a learned profile or delete all cell data in a profile, but you can not view it.

what internet browser app you're using? I have test this app by the following apps, works OK:
1. internet explorer (all versions)
2. windows explorer
3. ftp.exe command line app
4. total commander

Just a few minor things. I was on 0 cells learned for awhile before it finally learned 1 cell. I'm not sure how long the normal wait time should be? I also had the same issue with the FTP and Google Chrome.
