why viber on my BlackBerry Passport not opening after I upgraded the viber?

Iv got the same problem and I can't un install it to re install fresh copy!!!

I think you need download android runtime update from BlackBerry world, wich will fix the problem with uninstalling of apk files. After the update you must restart your device and then you can easilly delete any apk file.

Now you have to delete non working version and install other one. You will find the link of working version in the second post of this topic.

Nothing yet even after wipe and fresh copy of runtime then Viber still not opening.

Change the file type to .apk it should work with you, but I try it and no work after installation.
