I upgraded a while ago and i just now realized that my docs to go is not installed on my phone anymore. Did rim remove it, or is it just my phone? Also does anyone know how I can get the link to download the free docs to go that originally came installed on the storm. I dont need to upgrade for $29.99 not worth it.

That is the most recent of the 1.0 versions. The app has been updated to 2.0 as of a few weeks ago. If you purchased the 1.0 premium version you will need to purchase an upgrade for the 2.0 premium version. One of the nice things that 2.0 adds is the ability for desktop file sync.
