I am using Whatsapp v 2.7.7151
My app doesn't seem to save any more than 3 pages of texts for each conversation. I have set the app to save all my conversations on my media card which has more than enough space.
Is there a way to fix this problem? I dont want to be limited to view only 3 pages of text for each conversation
You might want to contact the vendor. My guess is that this IS a limitation of the program, most likely so the files don't become too large.
I would definitely suggest contacting our support folks, so we can collect more information. Our normal behavior is to only load a certain number of messages when you open a chat, but there should be a "View earlier messages" button if you scroll all the way to the top.
I had a similar issue which seems to have been resolved by, opening whatsapp go to settings > media settings > turning off message history > reenable history.
