Won't work anyway. WhatsApp is no longer supported on BBOS.

There is no more WhatsApp on BBOS. Buy an Android or iPhone and move on if WhatsApp is that important.

Technically, it is possible to download WhatsApp from the official website.
Although at the moment no trick was found for the app to work

It's a matter of getting to work to get it, the Blackberry is a computer, so everything is possible

Let us know when you find a way around the server-side lockout.

Yes, Whatsapp is installed on my BlackBerry Q10 through Google play store and Play Services, Google Settings and BlackBerry Google I.D. downloads. You'll need a dedicated SD card, 32GB, non-removable to facilitate the media storage and Play Store requirements. An additional App is Android Runtime from the Play Store. Google Drive is now a necessary download for Whatsapp back up and storage but if you've formatted and encrypted your phone and media card, choose no backup to Google Drive! Whatsapp Server error cleared by tapping outside the pop-up box! Good Luck!

This thread is about BBOS, not BB10.
