    like NASCAR and MLB. i dont EVER use those. but 4 the life of me i cant figure out how 2 delete em.

    Those are carrier-pushed apps, right? I don't think you can delete them (VZW does the same thing).

    Well, they can be deleted through a decently-intricate process I'm not familiar with, but they will just be pushed back to your phone.

    They shouldnt take up memory, they are just links to the actual download. Just gide them and you will never have to look at them again.
