I'm trying to get an app that increases the picture that displays for callers (referred to as the Contact ID or Caller ID picture). I'm currently trying PictureID2 (I think its called that). It's ok, but it requires a separate contact list that mantains the pictures (doesn't integrate with the default contact list), and also when there is an incoming call, there is no "Answer, Mute Ringer or Ignore" buttons/options. I know you can just hit the volume rocker or "end" button to achieve these functions, but it's still nice to see the options on screen.
