I downloaded quickpull and it was successful but since I did. I have a "QuickPullLib" on my menu screen that does not open anything nor can I delete it.

any advice?

Maybe pull your battery to see if it goes away. If not, I'd try uninstalling QuickPull and then reinstalling it.

or you can go and hide it by going to the icon on the main menu the press the bb button then scroll to hide

Yes you can delete the file. This is the module that QuickPull installs to do the mock battery pull. When you are using the app and you get to the screen that asks if you want to restart now or later with the number n of 5, where n is the number of QuickPullLib files installed on your device. This file is usually removed from your device but if you open the app and choose not to do the battery pull, it will leave this file.
