There should be a "WeatherBug Settings" in your Options menu. Click that, then type in your zip code or city name, save and exit.

WeatherBug Direct for BlackBerry live local weather plus live temperature and local forecasts direct to your BlackBerry
To open WeatherBug Direct Settings:
Select the "Options" icon from the homescreen (sometimes this icon is contained in the settings menu).
Select "WeatherBug Settings" from the list.
To change your current location:
Enter your ZIP Code, city, state, or city, country into the location input field.
Roll the trackwheel until "Save" is selected.
Click the trackwheel.
Select your current city from the city list.
Select your current station from the station list.
Click the trackwheel.
Select "Save."
