    Hey guys,

I was just wondering what app you guys use on the Tour for Weather?

I used to use BBweather, thought it was pretty good.

Free or paid, it matters not. Let me know!

    BerryWeather

    But
Weatherbug, weathereye, bbweather are all good ones but you will hear good reviews for Berryweather on here. came quite popular.

Run trials and see which one works best for you.

BerryWeather works fine for me. The others are untested by me so far. I hate to mess with success.

I don't use an app for weather. I use viigo to get my weather. It saves on memory over all because I use viigo for more than just weather.

I have Berryweather but only it was half price off. If you want to just check the current temperature etc, free Weathereye / Weatherbug is perfectly fine in my opinion (but showing n/a is quite frequent). Berryweather is clean looking, has much easier access to more details, a week long term, and multiple cities than free applications but I don't know about $9.95 price tag... I would wait until Berryweather offers half price off then spend that difference for Quicklaunch. It is handy and many themes feature it these days - icon or pressing space bar to access.

Does anybody know how to check what advisory it is when BerryWeather shows "Active Advisories"?

yeah... when you have an active advisory, click on berryweather, then click the menu key, the very first item on top of the menu column says "show advisories"

I use BerryWeather. True its a pay app, but zero memory leaks. runs great, full radar, and even one of your 10 stored location can be your current GPS location. I work outside, so its very nice for me to be able to stay up to date with good info, and with the always changing radar.

I use BerryWeather. It's the best looking of the weather apps (if that's something that matters to you).

Thank you. Why didn't I notice this before...

Berry weather = yeah, I like it but it is not always accurate, is it? Right now, Weathereye says 55, my car says 54. But BerryWeather ("updated is 8 mins ago") says 43? Way off.

I have been using Weather Bug Elite but it seemed to not update like I had wanted it to. So I switched to BerryWeather and that seems to work much better. I also like being able to change the info on the icon.

make sure berryweather has the correct zip code your at, or if you set if for GPS, make sure betteryweather says the right city that ur in. as far as betteryweather on my Tour, its very accurate

I would have to guess that Berry Weather uses a service which does not update its info regularly. So that while BW might have updated the info 2 minutes ago, if their provider (Ham Weather, I believe) has not updated their data for 2 hours, it will be inaccurate.

Weather Bug works fine for me. It's free and tells me the temperature. That's all I really need a weather app for. No need for me to pay for a weather app.
