WeatherBug direct is free. I also tried that new BerryWeather and LOVE it. I purchased it after the free trial. I probably wouldn't have if I had looked at my electric bill first...yes, I still would have.

I'm using both right now. I love weather apps.

I like Weathereye. Can't beat the price...free. The icon on the screen shows the current weather.

I don't like Weather Eye. The only thing good about it is the price (free). It doesn't have my city and the weather in the city I'm adjacent to can be quite different. It was nice to have them both, I guess, but I was just as glad to get rid of it.

For a free app, I much prefer WeatherBug direct, but I did use both for a quite some time.

I personally use Viigo for my weather... not a dedicated weather app, I know but saves me from adding another memory stealing app, and its incredibly fast. The price tag is also a great attribute... free.

I used Weathereye and liked the app but since it's Canadian (the Weather Network, not to be confused with the Weather Channel) it does not have a lot of US cities.

I now use and really like WeatherBug Direct - free and easily configurable, and in addition to current temp it can display multiple parameters like forecast, pollen, UV, storm, and some others. The little WeatherBug icon turns red when there's an alert. WeatherBug Direct For Blackberry
