i know on VZW the programming is saved on the phone, (reference pearl fiasco when it was first released on cdma carriers). would using a GSM service vs CDMA service make any difference on hardware performance (memory usage and efficency, etc). i've never used GSM services so i can't compare. anyone want to share their experiences?
