just installed vlingo for my blackberry bold trying to set it up im stuck at step 4 out of 7 and it wont let me get passed that. it says
1) Hold the side key
2) Say:
"Search concert Tickets"
3) Release the side key

now when i click the side key it says: Getting ready...
it doesnt leave that spot so i cannot say what i need to say and when i let go of the side key it says
Hold the side Key down and speak Release when done Please Try Again
CAN ANYONE HELP

As long as you don't have anything linked to the convenience key, just pressing the button and speaking should do it. I don't remember if it prompts you to speak or not. I know that when you have a bluetooth adaptor connected, your BB vibrates to let you know it's ready to listen.

There is no prompt to speak at that point, you just speak and then release the side key.

This app is very good and pretty accurate too. I have enjoyed having it.
