Vlingo
Question:
I downloaded Vlingo as someone suggested it as it's free and for texting while driving it's easy to speak it instead of typing. I got it, but when I click to talk while in a text message it automatically goes to a web search. Anyone use this program and give me any suggestions?

I looked more into this program, and the website says you need a subscription to use the text feature, is this correct? The guy at the gym said he used one for free for texting.
Is there a talk to text app that is free?

I haven't seen any that are free. They have certain features that are free but none that I have seen have the talk to text feature free.

Vlingo
All features used to be free, but they have changed their business model so they can make money.
Their product works quite well, and makes driving a bit safer... but I recommend using a good microphone and earpiece. On my Bluetooth speakerphone it is not as accurate, but it works...

Vlingo
Actually Vlingo is free to use for personal use and you can text others for FREE as long as the other person you are texting has Vlingo as wll.
You have to step up to the full version to text anybody or emial them even if they don't have Vlingo.
I use it more for dialing a contact by speaking and opening apps. as well which is pretty cool.... Open Calender, Open Address Book etc.
BTW... BB App World now has the correct version for the Tour if you do a search for it on app world.
