I am a new BB user and this is my first post. (go easy on me!!!) i have 2 storms that are both about a week old, and everything has been fine with them. today, around noon, the visual voice mail went down. I got a message saying that the storm could not log into the voicemail server. when I try to go into the VVM, it asks for my pin number. I enter it and try to log in, but I keep receiving the same message "incorrect pin or no account found."
I have tried battery pulls, uninstalling and reinstalling the VVM software.
Same thing here.. I'm in South Florida too. Visual Voicemail on my storm is not accepting my pin. They've escalated it to higher tech support but no solution yet.
same thing here in NC around noon. tech support while gracious couldn't fix. One question is the PIN number your password? i never recollect seeing or receiving anything different. Also any fix out there yet?
