I have .99 and am having problems with Visual Voice Mail. Its not showing up and i am not getting notifications. There is also nothing on my visual voice mail screen. Anyone have any thoughts.
MINE is doing the same thing. I even uninstalled/reinstalled visual voicemail. Called verizon to reset on tehir end... still does not work.
I have to open visual voicemail app. and then go to menu>>check new messages, then they appear.
I get no indication/alet on teh home screen of new messages... all alert settings are set OK.
Any ideas? Was wondering if resending service books may help. If so, I wish someone could tell me how to do it w/o the lecture that I should search it. If I log into my BIS account, it says resend servicebook, but I thought that was for e-mail only.
