last night, loaded up my storm (BIS only plan) with .323, installed viigo and it errored out when trying to connect. So I grabbed my Curve/8330 (Bis and BES) running v4.5.0.77, visited getviigo.com and downloading/installed it. It errored the same way on my Curve.
before I went to bed, I tried messing with Auto, BIS, BES, TCP/IP, WAP setting. It didn't help.
This morning, after reading the posts from DJFrankC and davefromohio, I grabbed my storm and I tried again manually setting BIS and TCP/IP. It failed.
I un-installed and re-installed by visiting viigo.com (rather than the usaual getviigo.com), it errored when it first tried, I set it to BIS. It failed. I set it to TCP/IP.. It failed, so I exited.
After opening it again, It failed, I said "dont try again", I went {Menu button} -> Options -> Account -> {menu button} -> Sign In.... entered my ID/Pwd... and it worked!?!
Now when I manually select update all channels, it works on the storm.
Did the same on my Curve... still not working there
After some screwing around with mine this morning it finally went through and works good now. Did not do anything special just kept trying and exiting / reseting / restarting and then it worked? I am using .489.

Viigo appears to be working the ticket I created but I tried logging in this morning anyway, and it worked. Maybe they were just having some server issues last night...
