Hi can someone help me please?


I've been trying to download the viigo app for about two weeks but every time I load the OTA link it comes up with nothing. I've requested the link via email and it always returns to the same screen which won't let me download...

Am I doing something wrong or missing something or is the link just simply broken
I've uploaded the screen shot of what I get.

Is your browser config set to Firefox/IE instead of Blackberry?

I had the same problem and moved my and changed my browser identification to Blackberry under Browser configuration and it downloaded immediately

Nope already checked this and it is already set as BlackBerry. Ill play with my browser settings thou thanks
