Just downloaded the latest Viigo 3.0.861 on my Bold. Now I cannot logon. I am getting a password error. I know the password is correct as I can logon with it using the desktop page. Anyone else seeing this issue?

I don't have this problem. Why not just make up a new user for Viigo,you're not using it for anything else.Be effective!This way you just lose time and get angry.

How were you able to download the new version? Every time I try going to the download site on my BB there's just nothing there & no options to download it.

What is the procedure to update Viigo?

Is there a way to do so from within the Application itself?

Must the existing version be installed first?

To get the latest version go to wap.crackberry.com and scroll down on the first page till you gee the get viigo link. Follow it and install ota. It will automaticallyt repace the older version.
