I can't seem to connect to viigo using the boost network. Is this even possible or can I only use this with wifi if I've got a boostberry?

The connection is sometimes flakey but it does work on the mobile connection.

My problem has been that I can't get past the screen that asks what carrier, IP gateway, etc. I haven't seen detailed instructions on how to set that up. Or am I just blind. I did the OTA download if that makes a difference.
I'm not sure I need this app but I'd like to try it out.

Yea I think that's my problem too. I assume we need to use wap and the settings ask for a gateway, ip address, and port.
It defaults to gateway:blackberry.net and I put my ip based on what's in options > status, then the default port is 9201 I think.
Can anyone guide us through the connection settings using boost and not a wifi connection?

Hello,
I'm having the same issues, can someone help me with this so that I can use Viigo on my phone?
Thank you,
Larry Braziel
I think i know what the problem is. After playing with the WAP settings for 2 weeks I figured it out. At least on my phone. If your problem is not being able to update I think I can help. Open Viigo and go to the options screen. Scroll to network settings. Now select TCP/IP. Heres the most important part. Once you select TCP/IP you have to hit the menu/BB button and select save. If you just hit excape it wont save. I hope this helped. If you have any questions just ask.
thanks for the tcp/ip tip, its works fine now.
