This has been a problem for some time. Somehow, it goes away and then reappears.
If I'm on, say, GPRS and I pull up an app like say, 4shared or Tether.. the GPRS drops to gprs and then starts going up and down till I stop attempting to use. Sometimes, I don't even have to attempt to use the app. Just bringing it to the foreground starts causing trouble.
What is this problem and how do I fix it?
Some apps it does, and some apps it doesn't.
