I don't have a huge need for this app, but when someone announcing a new app says it will be available "tomorrow" should be ready to release it early in the day, not the next afternoon/night.
I was looking for it too, I agree that a launch on 12/16 should mean 12AM, not any random time during the day. But they're probabbly slow/late with the rollout.
If you pay attention to any businesses, a lot of "tomorrow" announcements do not necessairly mean the moment they open for business (all businesses considered, not just retail). They will get to it when they do, stop whining like you are entitled to something (you're not).

Did you mean BB App World? BTW, it was on the UPS website at 6am CST this morning that it could be downloaded to BB. I don't have a huge need for the app but have a quicker way to access a site is always better.

Yes, I got it from the BB App Store. I use it quite often for my business.

Relax, no one is whining. We're all just wondering if it's there yet, some apps are know to be available in some areas while not in others.
One thing to remember, UPS announced it would be ready today, but Blackberry is the ones responsible for actually making it available on appworld. If you want to blame a company, then blame RIM rather than UPS.
