    I've updated crunchsms and now the icon has gone! It shows up in my blackberry app world but to all intents and purposes it's gone!

    How do I retrieve it?

    Did you check the downloads folder? If it's not there, you may want to try deleting and reinstalling the app.

    Menu > Show All

    Now, check the Downloads folder. It'll be there. Also, while your at it, give it a battery pull. Turn off the blackberry (Full power off), take out the battery, wait 30 seconds, put it back in.
