What is the latest version of SmrtGuard for BB?

The latest version is v1.11, released on May 11th, 2009.
What is New?
- Added support for device running OS 4.2.x
- Due to autobackup runs at top of every hour, we have build it so that it distribute to alleviate the load.
- Move FollowMe as one of the 4 main buttons on the device GUI
- Revamp the support pages on website
- Other minor fixes.
How do you upgrade?

2. Click on About SmrtGuard menu

I don't understand why this error is still appearing and dissapearing but here we are again, can't backup Contacts or Events with Wi-Fi ON, I need to turn wi-fi off to be able to back them up.

Any reasons why do this changed since a coule of versions back?

It has been a while. But we are putting out a new version right now with new web look and feel.

I'm glad to inform that after about 3 or 4 latest versions, I could finally backup all my data with Wi-Fi turned on.

I just went to the website, but I can't see any of my backup data, I mean, I had my contacts, events & mail there, last time I checked (must have been last week) but there are none now. I just did a backup to test the new version, it didn't give me any error (like I mentioned in my previous post above) but now that I checked there is nothing there. Any ideas?

new update working great ,took about 10sec to back up all my data fast , and the new look on phone is clean and very clear .

I have tried in 3 different PCs with IE 8, 7 and 6 and still the same.

I notice that when I try to see it in the PC with IE 8 it tries to load something and then immediately goes blank, and I can see a button in the bottom right corner with No Data to Display.

Well done smrtguard. First update that went seamlessly for me, new web interface is great. Lock function is not immediate, I have BerryPopup installed, so I actually see the email that is sent to lock the device. Device does lock when popup goes away.

OK this is weird, I just tried again, 4th time, and now I had my Contacts and Mail in there. Did you do something on your end?

Only thing missing right now are my Events. They were backed up for the last time 15 minutes ago together with my Mails and Contacts.

I have Safari at home but not here in the office, if it continue giving me this isse, I can try at home when I get there tonight.
