In trying to recently install the OS 4.6 update for my Curve 8310, I got a fatal error message. Finally, I had to return the device to AT&T and they gave me a new device with the OS update installed. My device was backed up to my Desktop Manager so I have all my data, media, etc.
Now, I'm trying to get back some applications I had on my old device. When I go to the Bank of America mobile site from my BB to download the BOA application I get an error message. I had successfully downloaded the BOA application on my previous device but can't get it on my new one. I have successfully downloaded other apps such as Facebook, etc. Any help is greatly appreciated.
