Is there anyway to setup alerts in UberTwitter? as it is now, my phone vibrates everytime it updates the timeline...every 2 minutes. I would like it so it would only alert if I get a @reply or DM.

There is, check in your profiles (ringtones etc) settings. There are 2 in there or at least there are with Beta 2.
