A lot of people. I'm not sure if it was related to the Curve or not, but I saw quite a few with 8320's and 8330's mentioning that their timeline was not working. To be more specific, it appears the problem happened when the Location (GPS) function was denied in the permissions.
Most lemmings just install without looking at what they are agreeing to and probably never even knew any different.
any suggestions?

Your updating it every 20 mins. That'll drain your batt. I set mine to 2hr. And exit and not close when I'm not using ubertwitter. It updates anyways once you start it again. Helps save battery

I have a 10 min notification and it doesn't kill my battery. I keep it on around 70% of the working day. If I keep it all day long, with calls/sms/pod casting/mp3 playing and e-mails the battery will last around 8-9 hours. And you call this drainage?
I think it's pretty ok to have energy-consumption,it's a running program. I consider all this thing about drainage (of RAM and energy) a lack of understanding of how an OS' run and how a program suppose to behave...
Is anyone else having issues with @replies and DM notifications not working? Weird thing is that my "new tweet" notifications work!
This wasn't an issue until the .78 update. I have made sure my "enable notifications" setting is checked and "move to background on close" option is checked.

Any thoughts..or is it just a bug?
Their not working for me either, which is really annoying :/ I wonder if there will be another update to fix this. Even with the .75 update, @replies notifications didnt work. I don't see anything really significantly different with the timeline, in fact i think it looks worse than before.
I just downloaded ubertwitter on my phone today and im still having problems with the time line. it says 58 min ago, when really it was 58 secs ago...and its annoying. i have the 8310 curve
