I don't use Twitter any more, but when I did I really like Ubertwitter.

I would highly recommend trying to get signed up for SocialScope. It integrates Twitter, Facebook, Foursquare and Flickr if you use it. I only use for Twitter and Facebook.

Or another great twitter app is Tweetissimo. at themobizone.com. It uses BlackBerry push and you get mentions and DM's as fast as you get gmail and such. Ubertwitter is nice, lots of people use it but I got lucky and chosen for SocialScope.:)
