Hi there, I been always using Ubertwitter, but I will loike to know what will u recommend me more: uber, openbreak or extremetwitter? which one is cool and will not drain my battery fast

For the little I manage UberTwitter works well for me. Best to try the others for yourself. Every one is different. UberTwitter is my third run after discarding a couple of others.
