So I understand that all twitter clients have a 100 request limit per hour, but does anyone know if this limit affects the particular client or the person's account? So say I have TweetDeck running on my laptop at home and I leave but don't close out the application. Would that affect how efficiently TwitterBerry runs on my BB?
