I have a new 8330 curve with the latest version of docs to go on it but every tie i try to download and view a word doc i am told that the correct software is not present and when I go to look for the doc to open it from within docs to go it does not show up. Is this a setting problem or something else?

Mine says it cannot open versioned documents. Since all of mine are versioned, docstogo is about worthless to me and I don't feel like paying for the premium edition.
