I've purchased Berrybuzz for my 8900 and I'm waiting for my 9700 to be delivered and want to know how, if at all, do I transfer ownership from one 'Berry to another? Who can I contact?

Easy. Any apps you bought through the CB app store are registered to your account. Just got to the App Store, login, and switch your device and your PIN. Once your PIN switch is complete you can email yourself OTA links to your apps and themes.
