I found a lot of questions about this all over the forum, but so far, no answers that are helpful. I just got my replacement Curve 8520 from T-Mobile and downloaded App World (which I think is the only place I've downloaded anything from), but when I click on My World, it says "No Downloads." None of the apps I downloaded (Color ID and several games) were in the backup file from my old phone.

I still have the old phone, and it's still useable (except the T key), if I need it, but I have to mail it back to T-Mobile within 7 days. I used the same phone number, SIM card, SD card, battery, etc. and all of my settings from the old phone were backed up on my computer and then restored to my new phone.

    Any ideas?

You will need to re-download the apps from app world again or use the Device Switch Wizard in Desktop Manager to transfer all info from old to new phone.

Thanks! I didn't even notice that in the Desktop Manager when I saved the backup. If I do that, it'll allow me to access or download my apps without paying for them all over again, right?

Never purchased apps thru app world but you should be able to download them again but until you do they will not show up in "My World" until you re-download them again as that cache has been cleared.

Thanks for all your help! The transfer wizard handled everything. As best I can tell, all of my files and apps are on the new phone now.
