You can use BBSAK or you can go here and do it the old way. I prefer the old way but I'm kind of old myself.
Is it an app with an activation code? If it is then it will not work with your new phone because it is not registered with your pin. You need to contact the people you bought it from (mobihand?) and ask if you can get a new code for your replacement device. Although if it has no code, simply go to redownload it through whoever you bought it with. IE crackberryappstore.com
