    just purchased bb bold and docs to go. how do i transfer existing doc from pc to bb?

    You can email the doc as an attachment to an email addy on your BB and then save the doc/attachment to the documents folder on your BB. Or you can transfer the doc from your PC to the documents folder on your BB either via Bluetooth or a USB cable (Mass Storage must be set to On for the latter).
