Hi Folks.

Napster "sees" the tour but I get a message that says:

"Your blackberry 9630 needs to be reformatted because your digital rights management software has been corrupt."

So because of this I'm not able to transfer music.

- I have formatted the tour and the micro card and still get the same message.

I like napster because it's very easy to tranfer music to devices (when it works).

Any suggestions as to what I can do to get napster with the tour?

Yes, it exists and works very well. I get all my songs with album art in not time to my devices.

Had no help from napster, they say it does not support the tour. But it just seems that if I figure out what to do for napster to see the tour "FORMATTED" it WILL work.

Any ideas what to do?

What do you guys use to get music, do you actually buy each song for $0.99 from itunes and such?

Is there a solution to this problem? I can't get Napster to recognize my Tour at all. Can anyone help me out?
