[CONNIEP]

Everytime I attempt to delete apps or themes on the phone the tour locks after i select the item to delete and I have to do yet another battery pull... once when it did actually delete the item, it took 30 minutes for the box to appear saying the item would be deleted upon restarting.... i never had this issue with previous BB smartphones just the tour. Any suggestions
