    Please Help! I have a Blackberry Bold 9650 OS6. My third party app stopped working after I took the phone in for a trackpad repair. The Service Tech said a program kept trying to download so he corrected the problem. I am also not able to download third party apps.

    Hmmm...is your network connection turned on? Have you tried to reboot (Alt-Right Shift-Del)?

    My network connection is turned on. I set third party application permissions to allow and I did a reboot, still not running.

    Does email work? Does BB AppWorld work? Is it all your 3rd party apps that don't work or just some?

    Sounds like the service tech by mistake disconnected the Network cable.

    There is a thin white wire inside the phone make sure it is properly connected.
