Is there a free app that allows me to play podcasts through streaming?

Hello, I listen to a lot of podcasts and while I know I can download them and import them to my device, I would rather just listen to them via streaming...

Is there an application that is free that allows me to do that?

At this point, I am not aware of one that will allow you to stream them. As you mentioned there are several that allow you to download them - but not stream them.

I can vouch for Stitcher.
I use it everyday on my 8530 and have never had a problem. I have a list of a half-dozen podcasts I listen to and absolutely have had zero problems with Stitcher.

I have never used Stitcher - but I'd say give it a try :) There is also PodTrapper - which can be found in the ShopCrackberry store. :)

How about the BackBerry Podcasts app? Free, downloads via network and wifi.
