Is there an app for using SIM card contacts as default?

Dear all,

I understand that BB consolidates contacts from email, SIM, etc.
However, I would like to keep my (relatively limited number of) phone-only address book separate from my hundreds of email contacts. I dial a few numbers only, and I would prefer access to those first as default.
There's an old post where this is discussed with respect to BB native OS. Have you heard of an app or add on that will provide this functionality?

I just browsed through app world real quick and came across this. Is this kind of what you're looking for?

You could also set a filter assigning the numbers you dial to a group then enabling that filter so only the numbers in that group appear.
