Is there an app to set Volume on a schedule?

Is there an app that will set the volume (the sound profile) based on time of day? Or based on some kind of calendar entry? For instance, I want the volume all the way up at end of workday (5:00) weekdays. Yes, I realize it's just a couple clicks to do it manually. It's not the labor, it's the not remembering to do it. :o
