Is there any way to do this ? Its the only thing keeping me from using the app . I use the gmail one instead. When I use the blackberry app and I click on the attchment link it won't do anything but when I use the gmail app I can open it

You should be able to click Download Attachment and then when it's done click View Attachment. If not try a battery pull and see if that does anything.

I get an error that says timeout for request service

Hmm. Have you tried a battery pull? Silly but that could possibly do the trick.

Then after I hit resend it says I can't because its not in the service books syas

Then go to Options > Advanced Options > Host Routing Table click the Blackberry Menu and click Register now. Or log into your BIS account and send the service books to your phone then try.

Got it to work thanks. The problem occured because I was hitting open attachment instead of download first
