i just downloaded the curve 8900 version to my tour and it works. thanks!
so did i ! works good.
2 things tho...
I backed out of a game to read a text and the game was not saved..i had to start over..
and could you make the Y or T button a quick drop shortcut so that I could keep one thumb on the space bar to rotate and then when using the trackball to move left and right, I would not have to move far to drop it...

There's an issue with the "back" button terminating the app. I haven't found a way around it. Use a different method to switch apps (I don't think red button terminates the game, nor does task switcher). The game should auto-pause when you do so anyways.
I can maybe add the Y or T shortcut sometime soon. I need to reinstall the Blackberry JDE though.
I have been playing this a little today, and so far I really enjoy it. The only thing I would recommend is a way to set the speed/level in the options as the default is way too slow for me.
That'd be nice; I did notice that the speed never actually increases (I assumed it did like normal). I got up to level 68 and it was still the same speed.
I guess it's not that big of a deal though, I managed to rack up over 2 million points after a while. Still, faster speeds might be a nice feature.

Never increases at all?
I'm pretty sure it increases, it's just that there might be a cap currently on how fast it gets.
I just played with the new version and I must commend you on your dedication to the game.
The level thing works pretty good and I see the speed increases have kicked in. However, picking level 30 as opposed to naturally going up to level 30 has a massive speed difference. I don't know if that's intentional or not, but it's cool.
Just note: if you pick level 30 it goes ridiculously fast. Leveling to 30 from, say, level 10, the speed isn't as severe.
Yeah I need to look into that still. At least for now you can start at say lvl 5-10 and have it be faster than 0.
I spent most of the time fixing some of the Storm issues for this release, since it had a bunch of redraw problems due to the keyboard popup (and the art issues that I didn't fix before).
