At least for me, it was pretty crappy at rendering properly what I said. It froze up too, so I deleted it.

I installed this, but my berry froze when I went into the settings and I had to do a battery pull. Should have known when I read "Microsoft" and "Sprint" in the same sentence.

At least for instant messaging, the new IM+ for Blackberry (paid one) has a dictation feature that works well. You turn it on, say your peace, then click enter and it translates what you said into text in whatever IM portal you are currently in.
